Warranty Policy
All Equipment Defender Racks come with a 1 year warranty. During the first year of the warranty, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. We will work to get the issue resolved as fast as possible as we understand how downtime can affect your business.
Return Policy
All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. There is a 10% restocking fee assessed onto any items being returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please email us at sales@equipmentdefender.com to request a return authorization number. Please include your name, your order number, and the item you wish to return.
